Each blind is custom made to your exact specifications. All our shades are covered by a limited Lifetime Warranty. Check out the details of the Shangri-La warranty. It covers defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the product provided it is measured and installed correctly.
Each shade is manufactured to provide a lifetime of low maintenance service to you. If you need warranty service please e-mail us or call us TOLL FREE at 1-877-966-3678 and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Most orders are shipped via UPS. (We offer free UPS Ground shipping to locations in the continental United States.. (Orders to Alaska., Hawaii and international orders
are charged actual shipping.) Orders over 96” in width are shipped by freight. We will contact you regarding additional costs.
Shipping prices are determined by method of shipping (Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) and the number of shades. We do not charge a packaging or handling fee. Shipping becomes significantly less per shade, the more shades ordered. E-mail us regarding shipments outside the USA. When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the UPS
Can I get my shade faster?
We aim to fill orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received, but if you would like to receive your shade a bit more quickly, you can choose to pay for 2-Day Air or Next Day Air.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to many countries outside of the U.S. We do charge actual shipping on international orders and the
purchaser is responsible for any duties or taxes
Returns and Exchanges
We custom manufacture each blind to your exact measurements. Since each blind is individually crafted, they are not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. Because of the quick turn around time we offer, there are no cancellations. To avoid problems please follow the ordering instructions and
We collect 6% sales tax for orders (including shipping costs) shipped to Vermont. We collect an additional 1% sales tax for orders shipped to Burlington, Dover, Killington, Manchester, Middlebury, Rutland Town, South Burlington, Stratton, Williston, and Winhall (effective July 1, 2010),
Vermont. This additional tax will not show on your order. We will add it to your credit card charge. If you have a question about this please call. We do not charge sales tax for any other states
All our blinds are custom made, so we must have payment before we make a shade. We accept Master Card, Visa and
Discover. All checks are accepted, but must be cleared by your bank before we will fabricate your shades. If you want to pay by check, we suggest that you use a cashier's check or a certified check. Our shopping cart server is secure and we never send your credit card number via e-mail.
