Returns and Exchanges We custom manufacture each blind to your exact measurements. Since each blind is individually crafted, they are not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. Because of the quick turn around time we offer, there are no cancellations. To avoid problems please follow the ordering instructions and measure carefully. Sales Tax We collect 6% sales tax for orders shipped to Vermont. We collect an additional 1% sales tax for orders shipped to Burlington, Williston, Manchester and Stratton, Vermont. for any other states Payment All our blinds are custom made, so we must have payment before we make a shade. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. All checks are accepted, but must be cleared by your bank before we will fabricate your shades. If you want to pay by check, we suggest that you use a
